 1. Why Socrate in Love ?<\/b> <\/span><\/h5>\n

Tout d\u2019abord j\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 inspir\u00e9e par Socrate qui tr\u00e8s justement dit \u00ab connais-toi toi-m\u00eame \u00bb. Certes c\u2019est philosophique mais c\u2019est un exercice qui pour certains peut prendre une vie enti\u00e8re afin de s\u2019\u00e9panouir pleinement. Universelle, cette citation est plus que jamais une v\u00e9rit\u00e9 intemporelle.<\/span><\/p>\n

In Love, because it does not suffice to know thyself. You should also love yourself to better communicate with and interact with others.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est pourquoi, le logo devait \u00eatre classique tout en ayant une touche anarchique. Il repr\u00e9sente la raison et la \u00ab punk \u00bb attitude. Il faut en effet accepter de sortir de sa zone de confort, de son cadre pour trouver son chemin d\u2019\u00e9panouissement personnel.<\/span><\/p>\n

Le concept de Socrate In Love, c\u2019est la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une communaut\u00e9 \u00e0 la recherche de son \u00ab soi \u00bb que mon parcours personnel et professionnel m\u2019a permis de d\u00e9velopper.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/b> 2. How did you get this idea ?<\/b><\/span><\/h5>\n

Moi-m\u00eame je me suis pos\u00e9e des tas de questions. Je n\u2019\u00e9tais plus satisfaite et j\u2019ai eu besoin de renouveau, de redonner un nouvel \u00e9lan \u00e0 ma vie. J\u2019ai donc commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 chercher ce que je pouvais faire et je me demandais : \u00ab qu\u2019est- ce que je cherche ? \u00bb, \u00ab comment je trouve quelqu\u2019un pour m\u2019aider \u00e0 m\u2019orienter ? \u00bb. <\/span><\/p>\n

I decided to look for a solution. And, it is finally while paving the path for myself that I realised there were many people around me in similar situations. However, the need for change was not the same for all the people I met, or even the testimonies that I read. The process was already present in some, whilst in others it was just emerging. <\/span><\/p>\n

Finally, all these questions that I ask in Socrates, are answers to my own questions.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/b> 3. What satisfaction are you expecting ? <\/b><\/span><\/h5>\n

Tout simplement participer au d\u00e9veloppement de chacun en accompagnant les gens \u00e0 rencontrer des personnes qui ont eux-m\u00eames chang\u00e9 de vie et qui sont devenus experts dans leur domaine. Existe-t-il de meilleurs interlocuteurs ? C\u2019est tout aussi inspirant qu\u2019encourageant dans notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

<\/b>4. How have you selected your \"Inspirers\" ? <\/b><\/span><\/h5>\n

I have been lucky to meet wonderful people throughout my life. They have all inspired me either by their uncommon experience, their personality, their tenacity or even their own reinvention. Seeing these successful people living their passion in all sincerity is in my opinion the challenge of Socrate In Love.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is therefore essential that the inspirers who join in the concept be of high moral and professional standards so that trust can be established.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/b> 5. How do you see tomorrow\u2019s world of work ? <\/b><\/span><\/h5>\n

I think that the labour codes are going to evolve in order to place the human as priority in the enterprise. The company of tomorrow will have to consider people for who they are, it will have to set up systems in which what we call \u201cemployee experience\u201d will truly make sense. It will only have everything to gain by building loyalty in staff who are satisfied and committed in the growth of the company and the satisfaction of customers.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/b>6. Finally, if you had a magic wand, what would you like to change ?<\/b><\/span><\/h5>\n

I would like to live in a society where people are satisfied and fulfilled in the work they do, without any conditions. I would like them to allow themselves to want to be revived and welcome change in their lives of they feel the need for it, without it having to be a challenge. It is through the lens of Socrate in Love that I wish to participate in this change and hope to make this magic wand a reality.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
