Anne Hugard

Talent caregiver

Anne Hugard started her career with LVMH in Paris then New York, first within the Legal team and then the Retail Division. Once in New York, she followed her guts and joined Frederique Dessemond to help her develop the newly created GINETTE NY jewelry brand. Anne focused on making it a viable and successful project so Frederique could dedicate herself to creation.

After spending 17 years in New York’s concrete jungle, Anne felt the need to recenter in Paris where she still co-manages GINETTE NY. She took this opportunity to widen the reach of her expertise and trained in Corporate Governance and Gestalt therapy. She also keeps a regular yoga and meditation practice.

With Socrate in Love, Anne puts her focus on sharing. She offers to help you identify your values and success factors so you can find your deepest alignment in order to navigate your professional and personal life with ease and grace. Whether you are an individual or a company, Anne will be the perfect partner with whom to build successes that will look just like you.

What I offer

I believe we live in a world which more than ever requires from us flexibility, adaptability and creativity. From individuals and companies.

I want to believe it is a world where human values will be at the core.

I believe the only way to succeed is to listen to one’s heart and trust, whether you are an individual or a company.

I believe it is everybody’s responsibility to know one’s essentials.

I believe a project works out only if it reflects the vision and deep beliefs of its creators.

I believe a leader should be inspiring.

I believe we will come out of this stronger.

I believe leaders will need consultants able to have a global understanding of their vision in order to implement it accordingly.

I believe change is good because it brings renewal and creativity.

I believe as said Antoine de Saint-Exupery in Le Petit Prince that « one sees clearly only with the heart. »

I have lived and worked on several continents, as an employee and as a business owner. I have had to constantly adapt to unsettling and changing environments which ultimately made me create a reality which satisfies me.

Today I can be the one that will help you adapt to a new environment and co-define with you a project that will look just like you. I will share with you what I learnt over the past 20 years of my life. From my professional and personal experiences mixed in with yours, we can draw the lessons that will help you go further faster.

  1. Analysis of your needs and wants (or those of your business)
  2. Highlight of what is preventing you from achieving them
  3. Definition of a realist and achievable project
  4. Implementation and follow-up
